This service is really about advice, & that’s where my somewhat rare combination of experience, make me a one stop shop for understanding the real estate market, sales process, including knowing what buyers want & what will scare them off! Coupled with interior design expertise, a very strong build knowledge & history of working with trades.
So how does it work? In conjunction with your agent who has the local demographic & market knowledge, we will advise where best to invest & where not to, which is probably more important – there’s no sense in over capitalising.
We can simply provide a scope of work after visiting your home, suited to your budget & leave you to it. Or we can manage the whole makeover process from start to finish. As much or little as you like. The idea is it’s quick, it’s a makeover, the goal being to get you on the market asap & sold.
Your makeover will be bespoke & suit your budget. It might just be a house wash & garden tidy up, maybe moving some furniture around, or perhaps some repairs that need doing which you haven’t noticed because you’ve lived there for years! It could be new kitchen benchtops & splashback, or an internal paint touch up … we won’t know until we have a look!

You can then use that as a guide to do the work yourselves or engage us further.

Pressure Washing: This is calculated on a PSM rate, however different surfaces attract different rates. When requesting a quote if you provide the address and what the surface finish is, it is easy to give you a price quickly.
